By uploading an images you guarantee that you have read Terms and Conditions for uploading images & photos to the HMeCart Portal and you agree to abide by all clauses within these Terms and Conditions.
- You are solely responsible for the images you upload.
- Do not upload pictures of anyone else’s written permission.
- You must be the legal owner of the pictures uploaded on HmeCart
- If any person or company objects to the pictures, Customer is solely responsible for it
- When uploading an Image you are responsible for its content and for any offence, claims or damages that arise from the content of that Image.
- do not uplode any material that is harmful to anyone or is illegal under any applicable law.
- do not uplode any pornographic or obscene material.
Image Uplode
- We request that people upload photos that are not blur.
- Upload High Resolution images.
- There may be some Differences in the Product Color/Print of website image and Print Image.
- Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
Shipping / Delivery and Return
- Product will be dispatched within 2-5 business days. depends on Stock Availability.
- Shipping Charge Extra / Store Pickup Free
- Will not accept any request for product exchanges/returns.
- We will replace a product with a manufacturing defect. Soon as possible when you receive a defective product.
- Product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate.
- No deliveries are made on Sundays and National Holidays.
- The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
- Customer will be liable for any wrong address, zip code or any other error
- All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse.
- The Publisher dispatches all deliveries using a selection of empanelled courier partners.
- The Courier service used for your order will depend on the serviceability of the pincode by the Publisher’s courier partners.
- If there is no courier service available for your destination, Publisher will ship your product via Speedpost services provided by the Indian Postal Service.
